Every so often my low back gets a little off kilter, a little out of whack. This is the flow and the movement that usually gets me feeling better. This class includes hamstring openers, hip openers and twists to alleviate tension and create space. If your low back needs a little TLC, then be sure to approach this practice with kindness.
