Asana is more than just the shape and placement of the physical body. The physical practice of yoga can create strength, mobility, balance and control. Beyond that asana can be a conduit for personal expression, emotion, and growth. In this workshop, we’ll explore asana in our personal practice and ideas on how to understand postures in a more complete way.
-Create experiences for personal exploration of asana.
-Understanding emotional attachment or detachment to postures.
-Sequencing and modifications to enhance experiences.
