Yoga for Kids 123 InstaYoga for Kids | Easy as 1-2-3

Do you want to share yoga with kids?  We’ll make it easy as counting to 3, so right away, you are ready to start teaching classes for kids. We’ll share playful ideas and lesson plans to teach breath, mindfulness, movement, and relaxation with the youngest yogis.

We will learn how to determine the health of each center, tools to welcome harmony, and a variety of methods to nourish ourselves back to balance and health. Creating Experience Blueprint InstaCreating an Experience | Blueprint for an Integrated Yoga Practice

When you create a class, do you just throw a few poses together and hope it works for the best? Thoughtful class offerings require intention and planning. Learn how to create a blueprint to offer your students the opportunity for an integrated and satisfying experience in your classes. Things to consider, class sequencing (for vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga), activities to develop deeper themes, meaningful assists, and satisfying savasanas are some of the components we will cover. Taken together we will go beyond creating a class, we will create an integrated experience.

At first glance, Business and Yoga might seem like conflicting concepts. But, with the guidance of the yamas and niyamas, yoga teachers and studios can successfully bring them together. The ethical framework of the Yoga Sutras allow teachers to run their businesses with integrity and they can grow to fit the needs of their students and themselves. In this workshop, we will learn the framework of a business plan, create a marketing strategy, and explore opportunities for growth and diversification.
