There comes a time when you yearn for a change and a new challenge.  For me, it’s time for something new.  Change has never been easy for me.  Even though change can be a challenge, sometimes the adventure creates just enough of a pull.  The beauty of the human spirit is that we can grow and rise up to meet the new challenges.

After teaching for almost 5 years at studios and gyms, I’ll be going out on my own as an independent teacher.  I’ve found a really great space to rent at Evolve to Harmony in Omaha and my classes will begin December 14th!  There will be a sprinkling of classes in December with the full schedule starting January 2nd.
