Time Is On Your Side

IMG_2624Use a timer to bring focus to your daily practices like meditation, savasana, down-time, and projects. By setting a timer, you can fully engage in the activity at hand without worrying about when you have to change gears. It also helps create a container of energy and space for the task at hand. Using a timer helps me to stay on task and makes me more present, more engaged, and more productive.
