Prop it Up

IMG_2473_2Yogis love to use props as beginners because they are great for accessing poses and promoting proper alignment. But don’t leave them on the shelf as your practice develops!  Props can add a little TLC to your practice, bump up the challenge, and help you experience the poses differently.  You can also use them to create the perfect seat for pranayama or meditation.  There are 1008 ways to use them.
